Returns/Refunds
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order was placed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item has to be damaged, broken, or defective and you have to contact us within 30 days from the date your order was placed on our website. We cover the shipping costs for the return of a defective item, if your order qualifies, and there is no additional cost to you.

Gift cards and any other free items/gifts/replacements are exempt from being returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

To successfully complete a return, you must follow our return steps exactly as they are listed from our support team. If you do not follow the steps accurately, this may result in you not receiving your full refund. You must also send your item(s) back in the original packaging with all pieces included. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure everything was sent back. If so, then we will issue your full refund.

We only return/refund items if they are defective or damaged and if you contact us within 30 days from the date your order was placed. If you need to start a return, send us an email at support@portacharge.com for instructions on how to initiate your return and where to send your product(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will appear back into your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

To complete your return, we require an email confirmation receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting our support team or your return/refund may not be processed.

Please also note that any original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order was placed. We cover the shipping costs for an exchange and there is no additional cost to you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if you contact us within 30 days from the date your order was placed. If you need to start an exchange, send us an email at support@portacharge.com for instructions on how to register your exchange and where to send your product(s).

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement item(s).

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your replacement package will be shipped out of our warehouse within 1 business day.

Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback on an order will void all of our return & exchange policies for that order. A chargeback will deem an order no longer eligible for a refund, return, or exchange no matter the circumstance. Initiating a chargeback will also void your 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee immediately, even if you are still within 30 days from your order date.  

Shipping
To ship your exchange or return to us, please contact our support team using our "Contact" page. It is very important to receive our return/exchange instructions and follow them accurately or your return/exchange may not be processed successfully.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Our standard domestic shipping time averages between 3-7 days of transit time with a 1-2 business day processing time after your return/exchange arrives at our warehouse.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please also note that any original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and that is why we are offering all customers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your PortaCharge, you may exchange the item within 30 days from the date your order was placed for a replacement. If your PortaCharge is not working, get a free replacement or a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs) within the first 30 days. If your PortaCharge was damaged in shipping or if you accidentally ordered the wrong PortaCharge, we will happily exchange your product for a replacement at absolutely no additional cost to you as long as you contact us within the first 30 days from the date your order was placed. An exchange can only be for the exact same item you purchased and cannot be swapped out for a different item or a different variant/color. You will be required to ship your item back before receiving a replacement or refund, however we will send you a shipping label on our behalf if your order qualifies. Simply mail your exchange back to us here in Ohio after contacting our awesome support team for our exchange/return instructions.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that has a stated restocking fee
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after order date

Holiday Update: For orders placed as holiday gifts, our 30-day guarantee period will not begin counting down until December 25th.
