Despite the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are still fully functional here at PortaCharge! We care about our customers and know you need charged devices, especially at times like these. We are still shipping all orders out Monday through Friday. To keep our employees safe, we have social distancing measures in place within our warehouse. This does mean that we have less staff working at one given time than usual, so there may be an extra 1-2 day delay for our PortaCharge shipping team to get new orders shipped out. Please also note that some shipping companies are also experiencing 1-2 day delays nation wide during this time. But don't worry, we are still here for you and to serve you! :)

Our PortaCharge LLC offices are based in good old Ohio. All of our orders are prepared and shipped directly from one of our several PortaCharge warehouse centers throughout the USA.
We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00PM PST / 3:00PM EST the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped as early as the next weekday. For customers within the United States who selected Free Standard Shipping, your order should arrive within 3-5 days via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. For customers within the United States who selected Express Shipping or Express Insured Shipping, your order should arrive within 2-4 days via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you do not receive your order within 7-10 days max, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you're charging in no time!
We ship international orders via DHL. Average delivery time is 7-10 days. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and DHL tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks. If it's been more than 4 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order. (please note we currently only ship within the USA)

Our system may take up to 1 full business day to process your payment depending on your desired payment method. If your order is stuck processing for longer than 1 full business day, please contact us as this may mean there is a problem with your payment.
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped the same business day your order is processed through our system. If you package is already on it's way, we will have to wait for it to be returned to us via the post office and then we can resend it out to the correct address.
Yes, but only if it has not left our warehouse yet. Please contact us as soon as possible as our shipments dispatch the same business day your payment is processed. We can't guarantee anything in this case as once your order leaves our warehouse we are then unable to modify, customize, or cancel your order as it is already in shipment.
Yes, but only if your product is damaged, broken or not working properly. If you receive a broken or damaged product you have up to 30 days from your order date to request a return/refund. You will be required to ship your item(s) back before receiving your refund. To proceed with a return, please contact us with your order number and our spectacular team will be glad to help!

The PortaCharge One comes included with 3 different Magnetic Adapter connection types. We have lightning cable adapters for use with iPhones 5 and up, iPod Touches, iPads, or nearly any other Apple iOS device. We also offer a MicroUSB adapter for use with Android phones, tablets, MP3 players, Xbox One controllers, PS4 controllers and other devices. Last but not least, we have a Type-C adapter for newer Android devices, phones, tablets, MP3 players, Nintendo Switches, Macbooks, and more.
Each PortaCharge One is equipped with a Grade-A 2,600 mAh Premium Lithium Ion battery. Our PortaCharge One will charge most devices up to an additional 50%-75%. Most customers buy 2+ PortaChargers for best results. Each PortaCharge takes between 1-2 hours to fully recharge with our included Magnetic Recharging Cable. The PortaCharge One recharges at about the same speed as a traditional OEM wall charger would.
For the best experience, our Magnetic Adapter piece is designed to always stay plugged into your device. This will allow you to quickly and easily swap to a 2nd PortaCharge One after your first one is finished charging. Or, if it's time to charge your device at the end of the day, don't worry! With our included Magnetic Recharging Cable, you will be able to snap this recharging cable directly onto the Magnetic Adapter Piece that is plugged into your device, allowing you to directly charge your device through a wall outlet! However, in the event that you do need to remove your Magnetic Adapter piece, we included a PortaCharge Removal Tool to quickly and easily remove the adapter piece hassle-free.
NO! Your PortaCharge contains small parts/pieces that disconnect and are loose. It should not be used by any children as it is a CHOKING HAZARD.
Since your PortaCharge contains a lithium battery, NEVER open, take apart, or hit your PortaCharge. Please also note that your PortaCharge is not waterproof and is flammable so please avoid wet or extremely hot situations with your PortaCharge.
